What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping across the country. Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day, with delivery usually taking 2-5 business days depending on your location.
How do you verify my age for purchase?
As a responsible tobacconist, we use a secure third-party age verification system at checkout. You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction to complete a purchase.
Can I return tobacco products if I change my mind?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tobacco products, cigars, or opened consumables. Accessories like pipes and lighters can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
How are cigars kept fresh during transit?
All cigars are shipped in airtight, humidified packaging to ensure they arrive in peak condition. We recommend transferring them to a humidor immediately upon arrival.

Do you offer international shipping?
